White Light

Before leaving home, it’s a good habit to prepare and protect yourself from the energy of others. White light is an all-purpose, energetic armour.

Imagine a white light or cloud coming up from beneath your feet and growing tall enough to come over your head. The light surrounds you completely in its luminous protection. Feel its charge intensify. You have a dense cushion of bright light around you to keep your essence pure.

Do this once or more per day, as necessary.
