I just wanted to let you know that I feel amazing after our session on Saturday. I feel like a new person, have boundless energy, and didn\\\'t know that I could be this happy consistently. Thank you so much. I can feel my life becoming more positive everyday. I have finally escaped depression and I can barely believe it :-) I definitely want to do more sessions with you. This exercise is really an exaggerated walk. Its purpose is to facilitate the cross-over of energy between the hemispheres of the right and left brain. You will be able to move with better co-ordination, think more clearly and feel energized.
Stand up and march on the spot, bringing your right knee up high and touching it with your left hand. Then switch and bring your left knee up and swing your right arm over to touch it.
Do this for at least one minute, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. (Full demonstration video located under the Media tab)
