I had been feeling lonely for a while. I found it hard to make new friends after a long-term relationship ended. I think I was depressed.
I called you hoping to just get clear on a few issues. I did not have high expectations for telephone sessions. It seemed odd, but the convenience was appealing.

Citrus Oils For Alertness
Essential oils are very high-vibration medicine.
If you need to focus and remain alert, such as during driving, try this:
Keep a bottle of orange, tangerine, grapefruit or lemon essential oil in the car. If you feel drowsy, simply inhale it for a few seconds. You could put a few drops on a tissue that you hold. You could also use a car diffuser. You will remain alert, and the oils will kill airborne germs as well leave your car smelling fresh and clean.
If you choose to put a dab on your chest or under your nose to continue smelling it, be aware that citrus oils can cause sun sensitivity even a couple of days after use. If you don’t plan on being in the sun, you’ll be fine.
