I had experienced years of highly irregular periods, missed periods, and long periods of menstrual bleeding which my MD had told me was a minor affliction that I could live with. MIRACULOUS occurrence with my Mom last night. She voluntarily came in and
asked me to talk, and we got into issues of resisting self-acceptance. Then, we hugged in the most sincere manner that I've felt perhaps in my life. I'm sure that your distance healing had a hand in this!

After the first 4 BEAM sessions with Sophia, I was able to accept and start to look forward to my future. I started to have wonderful experiences, meeting new people and getting comfortable in having conversations/jokes with strangers. I am now able to easily cope with my boss and handle the negativity (remarks/attitude) thrown my way.
After the 8th session, we re-assessed my major issues and phobias. I can happily report improvements in all areas, with 100% elemination of my fear of heights, social anxiety and inability to make decisions. Other improvements include better memory, more productivity and amazing confidence.
Sophia suggested I read the book "Remembering Wholeness" by Carol Tuttle. It was a very helpful book and a wonderful read, definitely a book to be recommended to everyone.

The energy healing Sophia does is unbelievably effective. She was hired by my supervisor last year to come in and basically keep us from collapsing. We were all working ridiculously long hours and feeling drained. She was amazing. Just by running her hand over my body, she could feel where my stress was. Everyone got just 20 minutes of Therapeutic Touch but it felt like a 2-week vacation. I've never been so deeply relaxed.
She also brought some aromatherapy oils and made each person their own blend. I loved my oils...they smelled like paradise and they were great at helping me focus and feel alert.
Since that day, I have seen Sophia for many other treatments and I always leave feeling like a new woman! I'll be back!

Just wanting to let you know that I am doing very well since our last session.
My dizziness is MUCH less significant than what it had been the week prior.
And, this list of allowable foods has been a complete godsend. Going to the
grocery store and preparing a meal is no longer the terrifying experience that it
had increasingly become.
Its a bit scary how many food sensitivities I have, and I'm glad that BEAM
therapy can help to neutralize them. I continue to hold fairly strong here. Just ingesting these real meals so much better than I have for months.
I feel that this is a different kind of healing from past psychological unwellnesses, and I thank you so much for the part that your energy healing and influence has played in this.

First off I can't even express just how much happier, patient and confident I have been feeling in general. But on another note - I got a job in NY! And it is so perfect. A few months ago I wrote the near impossible list of what I wanted from a job and I got it. It is going to pay me about $25K more than any other job I have had, flexible hours to be with my daughter, great growth, etc. It is just perfect.
On another note, I am convinced that my partner is now a completely different person and a much better person. On Sunday he called me and wanted to speak for 2 hours. I have known him for 4 years and never have I seen him so articulate about his feelings, self analytical and just having a deeper understanding of himself, his faults and how it affects others. In addition he seems to have learned how to listen. I was so shocked. You are truly doing unbelievable work because he has changed to a completely different person.

I have had the pleasure of receiving three types of treatment from Sophia Zoe in the past 2 years. The first being Emotional Freedom Techniques - it was the perfect method to help me get past the anxiety and frustration I was experiencing during a very stressful project. Sophia was able to help me alleviate the stress by about 70% in just the first visit.
In November 2006 I had thyroid cancer surgery and Sophia suggested Therapeutic Touch to help with the recovery. When she arrived at the hospital she began to work and I slept soundly afterwards. I did recover much faster than the doctors expected.
Thirdly, after the surgery I was left with only about 10% use of my voice which can prove to be disastrous when you're an actor! My relationship was also rocky from my sudden mood swings that accompany the loss of a thyroid. Sophia chose to use BEAM on me and I began to feel more confident in my voice in its present state and also to be compassionate with my partner. Before long my voice started to come back faster and stronger each day and my relationship is back on track.

I have been attending Healing Sessions with Sophia for the last four months. From the very first session, my life had already changed dramatically for the better!!
My phobias have decreased in intensity. Some of them have even ceased to be a phobia.
