Sit comfortably in a quiet place. Hold your forehead with one hand and place the fingertips of your other hand under your nose. Breathe deeply and slowly. Take at least ten breaths in this position.
Next, put one hand over your heart and the other just below your belly button. Breathe deeply for at least ten breaths.
