I Just Had Energy Healing. Now What?
I had experienced years of highly irregular periods, missed periods, and long periods of menstrual bleeding which my MD had told me was a minor affliction that I could live with.
With a combination of BEAM Therapy and Therapeutic Touch, my ovaries and their distinct problems revealed themselves to Sophia. She was able to get to the root of the problem that traditional medicine had missed altogether, and my periods were, for the first time in 20 years, getting on track.
It is an absolute treat to come to my sessions with Sophia partly because each clearing seems to bring something new and exciting into my life and also because Sophia herself is a joy to be with and talk to. White Light
Before leaving home, it’s a good habit to prepare and protect yourself from the energy of others. White light is an all-purpose, energetic armour.
Imagine a white light or cloud coming up from beneath your feet and growing tall enough to come over your head. The light surrounds you completely in its luminous protection. Feel its charge intensify. You have a dense cushion of bright light around you to keep your essence pure.
Do this once or more per day, as necessary.
