Since the distant BEAM sessions you’ve done, I feel a new sense of calm. Sure, sometimes I’ll stress out over things, but the intensity is so much less.
Also, I’ve noticed that I no longer wake up every morning with intense panic and alarms. This energy therapy is for real. I guess it really is a small world, you’re in Toronto and I’m in Montreal, but your energy healing got to me. Unbelievable.

Aura Fluff
When you are feeling drained and low in energy, fluff up your aura. Starting at the feet, scoop with both hands in an upward direction as if you are fluffing up huge pillows. Go from feet to head, and do as much of your back as you can. This is an instant energy booster! (See video under Media)
