Sophia is so knowledgeable, easy-going and in tune with me. She is also very intuitive and knows just what to say to push me towards making positive changes and healing myself.

Change is Good.
You want to avoid energetic stagnation. Doing things the same way repeatedly would be like getting energetic tennis elbow. It is best to keep learning and experiencing new things. This increases the neural connections between the two halves of the brain.
Some very simple ways to break energetic and thought patterns are surprisingly challenging. Here are a few suggestions:
1) Brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand.
2) Get dressed in a different order than usual.
3) Go through the grocery store in reverse order.
4) Read a page from bottom to top (words in reverse order).
5) Learn a new word and use it five times that day.
Moving in new ways and thinking new thoughts will add energy, excitement and amusement to your life.
